Tara Boothe of Highlands is one of three players to sign with the Xavier.

        Boothe, a 6-1 guard/forward, averaged 17 points and nine rebounds last season.

        The other signees:

        • 5-8 guard Mandy Geryak from Martinsville (Ind.) High, who averaged 13 points and six assists

        • 5-10 guard Kristy Wallner of Bemidji (Minn.) Senior High, who averaged 16 points, eight rebounds and four assists.

        The team still has two more scholarships to give.
