Campbell Co.'s Ballinger among XU walk-ons

Two more walk-ons have joined the Xavier basketball team.
Andre Johnson, a 5-foot-9 freshman point guard from Union High School in New Castle, Pa., and Kyle Ballinger, a 6-2 senior from Campbell County High School in Kentucky, began practicing with the Musketeers on Thursday. Walk-on tryouts were last Saturday.
Other walk-ons on the team: Freshman Ryan Caldwell from McNicholas High School and sophomore James Baronas from Baltimore.
