    Some Ohio school districts posted better scores on student proficiency tests than were predicted -- given those district's poverty and income levels -- by an Enquirer statistical analysis of 1996 test scores. Others did worse than predicted. A look at those districts whose overall passage rate on all proficiency tests significantly exceeded or fell below the predicted score.
