Coach: Ken Osborne (189-129-11)
Outlook: The smallest school playing football in the SBC, the Wildcats return only three starters, presenting coach Ken Osborne a big challenge.
''We'll start five or six sophomores because there's only two juniors on the team,'' Osborne said. ''We're very young and lack experience.''
Defensive back and tailback Clint Louiso, linebacker John Croswell and running bacl/linebacker Brian Althaus are the returning starters who must provide the eladership.
First-year seniors Tim Boland and Logan Heflin, sophomore quarterback Jason Bainum and Justin Seifer and Derek Jody, must also step it up to the next level for the Wildcats to compete.
''We have a lot of good sophomores and freshmen,'' Osborne said. ''They will get their baptism early.''
