Votes today decide school, fire levies

Southwest Ohio voters will head to the polls today to express their opinions on money issues for two school districts and three communities' fire departments.

Polls are open 6:30 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

Hamilton County

Lockland Schools: 15-mill operating levy to keep the district's doors open after this school year.

Clermont County

Jackson Township: 2-mill, five-year replacement fire levy.

Tate Township: 4.1-mill continuing operating levy for the fire department.

Warren County

Franklin Schools: 2.84 mill bond issue to build additional classrooms and repair buildings.

Mason: 5-mill replacement levy for fire and emergency medical services.
