FLEMINGSBURG - Fleming County Judge John McNeill sentenced a convicted sex offender to 15 years in prison Wednesday.
John Lacey Adkins received five years for first-degree sexual abuse, 12 months for sexual misconduct, 15 years for first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor and five years for second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor. The sentences are concurrent.
