Call TV show for child support info
COVINGTON - Kenton County residents can quiz experts on child support laws as part of a live call-in cable television program from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
Steve Elsbernd, the Kenton County child support director, and Debbie Tweddell, assistant director of the program, will join Kenton County Attorney Garry Edmondson in explaining the child support program and answering viewers' questions.
The show also will describe Kenton County's "Most Wanted Child Support Evaders" to help officials find deadbeat parents.
The show will air on Insight Communications' Channel 16 from 7 to 8 p.m. Viewers can call (859) 261-1300, ext. 108, with their questions. Phone lines will open at 7 p.m.
Florence pool offers 'float-in' flick today
FLORENCE - Drive-in movies will make way for "float-in" movies at the Florence Family Aquatic Center tonight.
Inner tubes will be distributed to moviegoers to watch Disney's Lilo & Stitch in the pool from 9 to 11 p.m. Cost is $5 a person, and memberships are not valid. The aquatic center is at 8200 Ewing Blvd., behind the Florence Government Center.

Man who assaulted child is described
WALTON - Boone County sheriff's deputies say they have developed some leads in the sexual assault of a 6-year-old girl Saturday.
There are also new details on the description of the man accused of luring the girl to a secluded area of Walton Community Park.
The girl said the man is white, in his late 20s or early 30s, 180 to 200 pounds, about 6 feet tall with light red spiked hair and lots of freckles.
