You'll learn ways to replace unhealthy movements with ones that improve function and reduce pain. It's part of the Feldenkrais Method of somatic education, which uses hundreds of different movement sequences to stimulate the nervous system.

The focus is on being strong and stable - utilizing tubing, therapy balls, therabands, and individual's own body weight. Class participants are guided through a series of exercises both sitting and standing.
No experience necessary, and the center is open to the public.
