Ohio reforms: Needed moves
Two much needed reforms in the way Ohio does business were inserted in the budget bill passed by the state Senate last week. We urge the House to adopt them as well.

Covington-based: Farmers' market
Covington could soon provide a home for an enlightened use of Kentucky tobacco settlement money - a $10 million farmers' market. The new market would supply fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, flowers and other produce to an underserved urban center.

Cincinnati: On Broadway
