• Critic John Kiesewetter also says this has to be more exciting than watching paint dry (or reruns): Brush with History: Ohio's Bicentennial Barns profiles artist Scott Hagan, who has painted all 88 bicentennial barns in the state (8 p.m., Channel 48), followed by A Time to Celebrate - A History of Ohio (8:45 p.m., Channel 48).
