Kentucky obituaries



The Kentucky Enquirer publishes obituaries of residents in Boone, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton and Pendleton counties as a free service. Obituaries are published based on available space each day and may be held until space is available. Information is accepted from funeral homes 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. Boone County

Steven J. Fisher

PETERSBURG - Steven "Steve" J. Fisher, 52, an electrical technician for Cincinnati Machine Tool Co., died Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Covington.

Surviving are his wife, Linda; a son, Zackery of Petersburg; a brother, Mark of Cincinnati; and a sister, Linda Summe of Cincinnati.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today at Linnemann Funeral Home, Burlington. Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 6876 Veterans Way, Burlington. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Montgomery.

Memorials: Prostate Cancer Research Institute, 5777 W. Century Blvd., Suite 885, Los Angeles, CA 90045.

Roy Behymer

WALTON - Roy Behymer, 79, a retired employee for Interlake Steel Co. in Newport and World War II Navy veteran, died Tuesday at St. Luke Hospital in Florence.

His wife, Ruby, died in 2000.

Surviving are two sons, William of Southgate and Terry of the state of California; three sisters, Bea Webster of Verona, and Marge Combs and Joyce Louise Overhause, both of Zion Station, Ky.; five grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today and service 10 a.m. Saturday at Hamilton-Stanley Funeral Home, Verona. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.

Campbell County

Teresa R. McNay

BELLEVUE - Teresa Rose "Monica" McNay, a 1-year-old, died Tuesday at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati.

Surviving are parents, Gary and Angela McNay of Bellevue; a brother, Joseph of Bellevue; two sisters, Margaret and Mary McNay of Bellevue; grandparents, Donald and MaryLou Brown of Dayton, Ky., and Marian McNay of Newport.

Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. today at A.C. Dobbling & Son Funeral Home, Fort Thomas. Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Pius X Church, 1662 Blue Rock St., Northside. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.

Memorials: Children's Hospital Medical Center, Division of Child Life Services, 3333 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati 45229-3039.

Marilyn J. Schweinefus

BELLEVUE - Marilyn Jean Martz Schweinefus, 66, an employee for Cincinnati Bell Telephone Co. for 34 years, died Tuesday at her home.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Bellevue and the Bellevue Eagles Auxiliary.

Surviving are two sons, David of Fort Wright and Larry of Latonia; a brother, Victor Martz of Highland Heights; a sister, Linda Thacker of Erlanger; and one grandchild.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. with a Bellevue Eagles service at 7:30 p.m. today at A.C. Dobbling & Son Funeral Home in Bellevue. Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, 318 Division St., Bellevue. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.

Memorials: Hospice of Northern Kentucky, 1403 Alexandria Pike, Fort Thomas, KY 41075.

Ruth J. Ponchot

FORT THOMAS - Ruth J. Ponchot, 79, a homemaker, died Thursday at St. Luke Hospital in Fort Thomas.

Her husband, Alfred, died in 1991.

Surviving are a daughter, Barbara Caudill of Fort Thomas; a son, Joe of Edgewood; three brothers, Joe Linkugel of Bellevue, Norman Linkugel of Southgate and Dan Linkugel of Fort Thomas; three sisters, Betty Holcomb of Newport, Ida Daniel of Whittier, Calif., and Mary Lattner of Cincinnati; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today and service 10 a.m. Saturday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home in Fort Thomas. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.

Memorials can be made to a charity of one's choice.

Keeaundra C. Stevenson

NEWPORT - Keeaundra Carilie Stevenson died at birth Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood.

Surviving are parents, Kindra Stevenson and James Cook of Newport; and grandparents and other family members.

Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. and service 10 a.m. Saturday at Fares J. Radel Funeral Home, Newport. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger.

Kenton County

Logan R. Richards

ERLANGER - Logan Randall Richards, a 2-month-old infant, died Tuesday at Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati.

Surviving are parents, Tommy and Maranda Richards of Erlanger; a brother, Dylan Thomas Richards of Erlanger; a sister, Cynthia Crystine Richards of Erlanger; grandparents, Kenneth and Sandy Richards of Union, and Kim Morgan of Southgate; great-grandparents, Carol Richards of Erlanger, and Joe and Jean Bergfield of Fort Mitchell; and great-great-grandmother, Martha Perkins of Crittenden.

Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. and service 2 p.m. today at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.

Phyllis May Roberts

LUDLOW - Phyllis May Roberts, 58, a former student coordinator for the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, died April 29 at her home.

She was a member of Ludlow Senior Citizens, and was a former employee for Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati.

Surviving are a brother, Richard "Red" Roberts of Ludlow.

Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Ludlow. Cremation was at Southwest Ohio Crematory in Milford.
