Homegrown Festival: The three-day pop-folk Homegrown Festival begins 8 p.m. today at the BarrelHouse Brewing Co., 22 E. 12 St., Over-the-Rhine. It's a free singer-songwriter show by former Simpleton Eric Diedrichs, Jake Speed & the Freddies, Dann Bayer, Tristen Shields, Hogan & Skid with Liz, and Shaun Henry. 421-2337.

Friday: Dionne Warwick headlines the "Crown Jewels of Jazz" concert, 8 p.m. Aug. 2 at Music Hall. Tickets are $150 gala (includes cocktails and dinner).
