NKU's Stowers honored in Div. II

Northern Kentucky senior guard Brenden Stowers has been named second-team All-American by Division II Bulletin.
The Simon Kenton graduate averaged 16.2 points this season for NKU (25-6) and led the Norse to the Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament championship. He also finished his career No. 13 on the NKU all-time scoring list with 1,311 career points.
Stowers was named the most outstanding player at the GLVC Tournament and earned first-team All-Great Lakes Region from the National Association of Basketball Coaches.
