Easter egg hunts and parties



Adults and children alike can join the festivities at these Easter egg hunts and parties taking place in the Tristate over the next two weeks:

Arden Courts of Anderson Township, 6870 Clough Pike - The community event, from 10 a.m. to noon today, will feature an Easter egg hunt, moon bounce, fire trucks, face painting, bake sale, refreshments and more. Free admission. Proceeds will benefit the Alzheimer's Association.

North College Hill Senior Center, 1586 Goodman Ave. - The center will hold a party at 1 p.m. Wednesday with dance music, a sing-along and an Easter parade with prizes. Admission is $1.50, with a hot ham and potato lunch at noon for $1.50 more. Open to the public, but reservations needed by Monday.

Abiding Word Lutheran Church, 8470 Landen Drive, in Landen - An Easter egg hunt will follow services and a continental breakfast at 11:45 a.m. Easter Sunday.Sycamore Park, Ohio 132, one mile south of Batavia - The Clermont County Park District and the Batavia Rotary Club will hold an Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. today Children ages 10 and under (with an adult) should bring their own basket. They will be divided into age groups to search for eggs.

Symmes Park, 11600 Lebanon Road, Symmes Township - The Easter Bunny will make an appearance at "The Great Symmes Egg Hunt" at 11 a.m. today. Children age 10 and under should bring a basket to hunt for eggs and surprises.

Meadowbrook Care Center, 8211 Weller Road, Montgomery - The center will hold an Easter egg hunt from 10 a.m. to noon today. The community event will feature hunts by age groups, games, live entertainment for kids, a bake sale, and pictures with the Easter Bunny.

Water Works Park, 2605 Harris Ave., Norwood - The Norwood Recreation Department will hold an Easter egg hunt, beginning with pictures with the Easter Bunny, at 9:45 a.m. today

Nisbet Park, near the bike trail, downtown Loveland - Loveland Health Care and Rehabilitation and the Loveland Shalom Initiative team up for an Easter egg hunt today. There will be three hunts for different age groups. Children under age 4 will hunt at 2 p.m.; ages 5-8, at 2:30 p.m.; and age 9 and over, at 3 p.m. The Easter Bunny will make an appearance, and there will be entertainment and refreshments. Rain or shine.

Friendship United Methodist Church, 1025 Springfield Pike, Wyoming - There will be a "Reverse Easter Egg Hunt," where the children find an egg and give it away, on the church lawn after services at 11:05 a.m. Easter Sunday.
