Boone County

Christine L. Constable

FLORENCE - Christine L. Constable, 10, a student at A.M. Yealey Elementary in Florence, died Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood.

Surviving are her parents, Julie A. Selm Constable and Vinny L. Constable of Florence; two sisters, Susan Frisch and Andrea Frisch, both of Florence; a brother, Vincent A. Constable of Florence; maternal grandfather, Michael James Selm of Florence; and paternal grandparents, Larry and Gayle Constable of Deer Park.

Her paternal grandmother, Mary Ann Mucker Selm, died in 1995.

Visitation will be 8-10 a.m. today at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Erlanger. Service will be 10:30 a.m. today at Florence United Methodist Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.

Kenton County

Albert Boettcher

COVINGTON - Albert Boettcher, 51, a self-employed roofer, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Covington.

Surviving are his wife, Helen; four sons, Albert Boettcher of Cincinnati, and Ronnie Crim, Mike Crim and John Crim, all of Covington; three daughters, Christine Fry of Dayton, Ohio, Angaleta Boettcher of Cincinnati, and Allicia Boettcher of Covington; two brothers, Danny Sayer of Springfield, Ohio, and John Boettcher of Ohio; two sisters, Nancy Landfiere of Florence, and Joann Hughes of Springfield, Ohio; and six grandchildren.

Memorial service will be 5 p.m. Sunday at Don Catchen & Son Funeral Home, Covington. Mr. Boettcher will be cremated.

Marian S. Duffield

COVINGTON - Marian S. Duffield, 54, a dietary assistant for the Baptist Convalescent Center in Newport, died Sunday.

Surviving are her husband, Arthur; a son, Gregory of Covington; two daughters, Stephanie Duffield of Covington, and Melissa R. Duffield of Fort Mitchell; two brothers, George Thompson of Alexandria, and Dale Thompson of Cleveland; two sisters, Patricia Baker of Hebron, and Rebecca Thompson of Newport; and three grandchildren.

No visitation. Service will be 11 a.m. Sunday at Seventh Day Adventist Church, 5235 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill. Mrs. Duffield will be cremated. Don Catchen & Son Funeral Home in Elsmere is handling arrangements.

Virginia Fillerer

COVINGTON - Virginia Fillerer, 82, a retired factory worker, died Thursday at Northern Kentucky Care & Rehabilitation Center in Highland Heights.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter, in 1980.

Surviving are her husband, Sally Moore of Covington; a son, William Gary Kinman of Edgewood; and two grandchildren.

No visitation. Service with burial to follow will be 1 p.m. Monday at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Chapel, Taylor Mill. Don Catchen & Son Funeral Home in Covington is handling arrangements.

Thelma M.A. Riehemann

FORT WRIGHT - Thelma M.A. Riehemann, 87, a retired stenographer, died Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Covington. She was a member of Blessed Sacrament Church in Fort Mitchell, and of the Lakeside Seniors group.

Surviving are nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. and service 10 a.m. Monday at Blessed Sacrament Church, Fort Mitchell. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Fort Mitchell. Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home in Covington is handling arrangements.

Mike Cooper

LATONIA LAKES - Mike Cooper, 29, a laborer for a Covington construction company, died Monday at his home. Surviving are his parents, Michael David "Davey" Cooper and Pauline Brautigan Cooper of Latonia Lakes; three brothers, Bryan, Terry "Boo," and Timothy, all of Latonia Lakes; and maternal grandmother, Lorraine Brautigan of Covington.

Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. and service 2 p.m. Monday at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.

Florence E. Pohlman

LUDLOW - Florence E. Pohlman, of Corbin, Ky., formerly of Ludlow, died Wednesday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Corbin. The homemaker was 86.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Pohlman in 1988, a son, James Riddle in 1985, and a daughter, Jean Dunaway in 1975.

Surviving are a son, David Riddle of Villa Hills; a daughter, Patsy Felts of Corbin; a sister, Virginia McKinney of Bethel, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. and service 5 p.m. Sunday at Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, Ludlow. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.

Pendleton County

Michael Stalnaker

TAYLOR MILL - Michael Gene Stalnaker, 59, an aircraft mechanic for Comair at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood.

Surviving are his wife, Linda Ellis Stalnaker of Taylor Mill; two sons, Michael II of Taylor Mill, and Christopher of Phoenix; father, James Scott Stalnaker of Buckhannon, W.Va.; a sister, Linda Loraine Wentz of Lincolton, N.C.; and two brothers, James Jr. of Elkins, W.Va., and Jon of Princeton, W.Va.

Visitation will be 9 a.m. to noon today at Linnemann Funeral Home in Burlington. Services will be in Buckhannon, W.Va. Burial will be in Reger Chapel Cemetery in Buckhannon, W.Va.

Ronald J. Hartig

BERRY - Ronald Joseph Hartig, 37, a carpenter, died Wednesday at Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana, Ky. He was a member of the Blue Grass Saddle Club.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Pat Hartig; four sons, Joey, Patrick, Thomas and Zachery Hartig, all of Berry, Ky.; three sisters, Sandy Boesch, and Donna Hartig, both of Alexandria, and Marcia Reams of Grants Lick; and a brother, Rick of Alexandria.

Visitation was Friday. Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. today at St. Mary Church, Alexandria. Burial will be in Grand View Cemetery in Mentor, Ky. Alexandria Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Memorial donations may be made to the Ronald Joseph Memorial Fund at any Fifth Third Bank location.
