Everybody Loves Raymond. If Raymond does air, catch it. This is a rerun of the hilarious episode in which Robert is finally ready to propose to Amy. First, he meets her parents and brother - a bizarre bunch played by Fred Willard, Georgia Engel and Chris Elliott. (9 p.m., Channels 12, 7).

When I Was a Girl. These specials are filled with rich human observations. Each has five women recall their childhoods. Some worried that they didn't look like their classmates. Sigourney Weaver was taller

(5-foot-11 by age 11), Kathy Najimy was wider, Lisa Ling was the only Asian. Chris Evert recalls hating her tennis lessons - until she started winning tournaments (10 p.m., WE: Women's Entertainment).

Calling all birds: Most popular state bird? The Northern Cardinal was picked by seven states, including Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. What's it sound like? Squeeze the tail feathers of one of the chirpers in Wild Republic's U.S.A. State Birds Collection and listen.
