Join 'On the Same Page'

On the Same Page debuted in spring 2002 and quickly became the project that launched a thousand books.

This year's community-wide reading project features two titles:

Savage Inequalities, Jonathan Kozol's exploration of public education, is the main selection.

Marika, local author Andrea Cheng's novel about a girl growing up in Hungary, is the young reader selection.

While the main book has changed, and a young reader title has been added, the project mission remains the same:

To build community and inspire discussion on race, tolerance and diversity through reading together.
