Miami women win division title



The Miami University women's basketball team finished the regular season Tuesday by rallying from a 10-point halftime deficit for an 89-81 overtime victory over Marshall.

Miami clinched its first MAC East Division title and earned the No. 2 seed for the MAC Tournament. The RedHawks advance to the quarterfinals in Cleveland.

Marshall (11-16, 7-9)--Knable 1-2 0-0 3, Reed 5-9 1-2 11, Shepard-Hall 7-13 8-9 24, Harbin 2-3 1-2 6, Dotson 5-10 0-0 10, Smith 9-16 2-2 20, Kellerman 0-0 0-0 0, Fry 0-1 0-0 0, Hackworth 0-1 0-0 0, Swanigan 2-4 3-4 7. Totals 31-59 15-19 81.
