FLORENCE - Joseph F. Bley, 87, of Florence, died Saturday at Florence Park Care Center. He was a retired service representative for Burroughs Corp, where he worked for 40 years.
He was a member of St. Paul Church in Florence.
Surviving are a son, David of Phoenix; and a sister, Rita Zint of Florence.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. and Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Paul Church, Florence. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas. Linnemann Funeral Homes are handling arrangements.
Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
Zelma Mae Cummins
FLORENCE - Zelma Mae Cummins, of Florence, formerly of Grant County, died Monday at Dover Manor Nursing Home in Georgetown. The former employee for Schaefer Tailoring Co. and Baldwin Piano Co. was 95.
Surviving are a sister, Mayme Turner of Georgetown, Ky.
Visitation will be noon to 1 p.m. and service 1 p.m. Thursday at Eckler-Hudson Funeral Home, Dry Ridge. Burial will be in Hill Crest Cemetery, Dry Ridge.

Emma C. Parker
FLORENCE - Emma C. Parker, of Florence, died Sunday at Florence Park Care Center. The former dining room manager for Holiday Inn and member of Florence Christian Church was 91.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert, and two sons, Carl and Donald Parker.
Surviving are a son, Autrey Parker of Crescent Springs; 11 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today and service 9 a.m. Thursday at Stith Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Corinth International Order of Odd Fellows Cemetery.

Ralph S. Sprague Jr.
HEBRON - Ralph Stanley Sprague Jr., of Hebron, died Sunday at his home. The retired office manager for Thermice Chemicals was 83.
He was a World War II Army veteran and member of Constance Church of the Brethren in Constance, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Dolwick Sprague, in 1999.
Surviving are a son, S. Wayne Sprague of Hebron; two daughters, Sue Miller of Hebron and Shirley A. Ryle of Burlington; a sister, Nelda Vahlsing of Bromley; a brother, Earl of Cincinnati; five grandchildren; and six grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon and service noon today at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home in Hebron. Burial will be in Petersburg Cemetery.

UNION - Dolores Ann Powell Albers, 59, of Union, died Saturday at her home.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Simons.
Surviving are her husband, Robert Albers; a son, James Duncan of Independence; two daughters, Sheila Duncan of Covington, and Robin Duncan of Erlanger; a stepdaughter, Tracie Harrison of Grant County; a brother, Earl Powell of Covington; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to noon and service noon today at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger.

UNION - Mary Ann Ostendorf Bowmann, of Union, died Sunday at her home. The homemaker was 69.
She was a member of the Boone County Extension Homemakers Sugar-n-Spice Club, and of the National Society of Decorative Painters.
Surviving are her husband, Edward; five daughters, Lynn Sutter and Connie Garcia, both of Hebron, Kathy Cahill of Villa Hills, Sharon Jenson of Walden, N.Y., and Laura Halcomb of Millville, Ohio; three sons, Paul of Edgewood, David of Union, and Kenneth of Burlington; a brother, Edward Ostendorf Jr. of Edgewood; and 24 grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9-10:45 a.m. and Mass of Christian burial 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Timothy Church in Union. Entombment will be in St. John Cemetery Mausoleum, Fort Mitchell.

Mary Wolf
ALEXANDRIA - Mary Turner Wolf, of Alexandria, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood. The homemaker and member of Plum Creek Christian Church in Butler was 97.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Turner, in 1957; a second husband, Franklin Wolf, in 1996; and a son, Paul Turner in 2002.
Surviving are one grandchild, three great-grandchildren, 13 step-grandchildren, 32 great-step-grandchildren and three great-great-step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and service 10 a.m. Thursday at Alexandria Funeral Home. Burial will be in Peach Grove Cemetery, Peach Grove, Ky.

DAYTON - Jeffrey A. Lane, of Dayton, Ky., died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Covington. A supervisor for Truckway Leasing Co. in Cincinnati, he was 53.
Surviving are his wife, Karol Robinson Lane; a daughter, Tonya Silbersack of Butler; a brother, Rodney Lane of Kentucky; a sister, Sherri Lane of Swansea, Mass.; and three grandchildren.

FORT THOMAS - Agnes Strickley McNay, of Fort Thomas, died Monday at Northern Kentucky Care & Rehabilitation Center in Highland Heights. The retired supervisor in the sample department for Kenner Toys in Cincinnati was 81.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John, in 1995.
Surviving are a daughter, Kathy McNay Grimm of Fort Thomas; a son, John of Fort Thomas; a sister, Katherine Tierney of Bellevue; a brother, Clarence Strickley of Bellevue; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. and service 10 a.m. today at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Fort Thomas. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fort Thomas.

HIGHLAND HEIGHTS - Eleanor Bungenstock, of Highland Heights, died Thursday at Northern Kentucky Care & Rehabilitation Center in Highland Heights. The retired branch manager for Fifth Third Bank was 76.
Surviving are a sister, Rosemary Steffen of Elsmere, and nieces and nephews.
No visitation. Memorial Blessing will be 10 a.m. today at Linnemann Funeral Home, Burlington. Ms. Bungenstock's remains will be will be cremated.

< NEWPORT - Loretta Angela Johnson, of Newport, died Monday at Northern Kentucky Care & Rehabilitation Center in Highland Heights. The retired bookkeeper for A&P grocery store in Newport was 82.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Johnson, in 1986, and by a son, George Johnson in 1991.
Surviving are a daughter, Carolyn Scott of Newport; a son, Charles M. Scott of Highland Heights; five grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. and service 11 a.m. Thursday at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, Newport. Burial will be in Mount Gilead Cemetery in California, Ky.

COVINGTON - Margaret Ann Roth, of Covington, died Sunday at St. Charles Care Center in Covington. The retired employee for Western-Southern Life Insurance Co. in Cincinnati was 86.
She was a member of SS. Boniface & James Church in Ludlow, and was a housekeeper for a Diocesan priest for more than 30 years.
Surviving are two sisters, Mary Lou Staggenborg of Covington, and Catherine Reinhart of Taylor Mill.
Visitation will be 9:30-10:30 a.m. and prayers 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Connley Brothers Funeral Home, Latonia. Mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony Church, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in St. John Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.

Russell L. Treadway Sr.
COVINGTON - Russell Lee Treadway Sr., of Latonia, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Edgewood. The former truck driver was 58.
He was a member of Teamsters Union Local 100 and a member of Banklick Christian Church.
Surviving are his wife, Rebecca "Becky" Treadway; two daughters, Missy Mullen of Erlanger, and Kathie Treadway of Florence; two sons, Russell Jr. of Independence, and Scott of Elsmere; three brothers, Stan and Marvin, both of Covington, and Melvin of Latonia; two sisters, Myrna Treadway and Marilyn Eilers, both of Covington; seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and service 1 p.m. Thursday at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Taylor Mill. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.

ERLANGER - William A. Price, 81, of St. Augustine, Fla., died Saturday at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, Fla. He was a retired union meat cutter of 40 years.
He was a member of St. Barbara Church in Erlanger, a World War II Army veteran and a member of Holy Cross Parish in Latonia.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Connie Voges in 1974.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Frances Jackson Price; six sons, William of Mason, Mark of Independence, Peter of Falmouth, Paul of Latonia, and Chris and Matt, both of Covington; three daughters, Cathy L. Raker of Elsmere, and Rhonda M. Plybon and Terri A. Kron, both of Independence; two brothers, Vince of Latonia and Pat of Elsmere; three sisters, Marjorie Boering of Fort Mitchell, Janet Phillips of Alabama, and Joan Koo of Taylor Mill; 28 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Surviving are a daughter, Kayla Nicole Williams of Fort Mitchell; a son, Chase Michael Ward of Fort Mitchell; mother and stepfather, Rosalind and Robert Wilder of Fort Mitchell; father and stepmother, Michael and Deborah Ann Simmons of New Richmond; and Chris Frasure of Virginia, who raised her; maternal grandfather, Lester Hickman of Lakeland, Fla.; paternal grandparents, Arlie and Edith Frasure of Williamstown; stepbrother, Robert Wilder Jr. of Norfolk, Va.; three half-brothers, Michael Simmons Jr. of the state of California, Jason Chad Simmons of Fayetteville, Ohio, and Jan Michael Simmons of New Richmond; and three half-sisters, Misty Sue Stewart of Blanchester, Ashley Renee Tuchfarber of Fort Mitchell and Christine Frasure of Sharonville.
