Friday: Grand Opening Weekend begins at noon with naming of "Avenue of the Arts." 7 p.m.: Gala Dinner (donor event)

Saturday: 7:30 p.m. Gala Evening of Stars. Performances by Dayton Ballet, Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, Dayton Opera, Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, the Human Race Theatre Company, Rhythm in Shoes and the Victoria Theatre Association, with guest celebrities. ($300 and $500 tickets still available)

Next Sunday: 1-8 p.m. Community Open House (free)

March 3: United as ONE Tour (sold out)

March 6 and 8: "A Classical Housewarming," Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra, Neal Gittleman, conductor; Nadja Salerno-Sonnenberg, violinist
