It has become a Cincinnati tradition almost as hallowed as a lousy Bengals season: Each January, the Enquirer Editorial Page invites readers to air their gripes, grouses and general post-holiday blahs in our Whine Festival; in February, our pages bloom with fragrant tributes to all that’s right with the world in our Rose Garden.

This year, we’re tweaking tradition by having the Whine Festival and Rose Garden at the same time. You can submit letters to either or both. As always, the authors of the finest whines receive a bottle of fine wine, and the best tales of kindness, heroism, gratitude or honesty receive bouquets of roses.

The whines - Stadium taxes to UC uniforms to winter weather...

The roses - Tales of good samaritans, businesses and more...
