ANDERSON TOWNSHIP - A sales agreement has been reached between a developer and the owners of the highly coveted, 127-acre Ingram farm property.
The winning bid, among six or seven submitted, was by Sharonville-based Great Traditions, which counts Legendary Run in Pierce Township, Clermont County, among its upscale developments.
An official at Great Traditions could not be reached for comment Thursday.
The property, at the end of Bruns Lane near Clough Pike, became available when Emma Ingram died several months ago, leaving the property to her five children, including one who still lives there. Her husband, Clyde, who grew up on the property, died in the 1990s.
Ken Ingram, one of the sons, said the closing likely will be in May, with initial work possibly to begin by August.
He declined to say how much Great Traditions paid for the property.
