The list was narrowed to seven in late June, but parties to the collaborative process refused to identify the finalists. Ohio Supreme Court Justice Andrew Douglas reportedly was one of the top candidates among several collaborative parties. On Oct. 10, U.S. District Court Judge Susan Dlott selected Dr. Alan Kalmanoff as monitor.
