Tractor flips, kills man
By The Cincinnati Enquirer
BURLINGTON A local man was killed Tuesday when his tractor flipped on top of him as he attempted to move a fallen tree on his farm.
Robert M. Mitchell, 40, of East Bend Road, was killed at 4:50 p.m. when the chain attached to the rear of his tractor pulled tight while moving the tree and caused the tractor to tumble backward over him, according to Maj. Jack Banks of the Boone County Sheriff's Department.
Mr. Mitchell was pronounced dead at the scene by the Boone County coroner's office.
