MOUNT HEALTHY — A Mount Healthy man faces five felony counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor after authorities say he sent child porn over the Internet.

        Gale A. McAbee, 48, was arrested at his apartment about 9 a.m. Friday.

        An undercover Wichita, Kan., police officer said she had been posing as a 13-year-old female in Internet chat rooms, Hamilton County sheriff's spokesman Steve Barnett said.

        Authorities said the undercover officer chatted online with Mr. McAbee, who allegedly transmitted five child pornography images to her via the Internet.

        Each count is punishable by two to eight years in prison and a $15,000 fine.
