        Jock Pitts has been named president of People Working Cooperatively Inc., a 27-year-old nonprofit that aids very low-income and elderly homeowners with repairs and weatherization. Mr. Pitts has worked for PWC for 15 years, first as director of the agency's weatherization/energy department and most recently as executive vice president. He replaces Richard Castellini, who retired after six years.
