Courtney Greer Meyer, 21, wears a size 0 and barely breaks 100 pounds on the scale, but she's a style titan. Her Mom, Gayle Durdin, who nominated her, takes the blame.

“Courtney wore designer jeans before she took her first steps,” Ms. Durdin wrote.

Despite full-time classes at the University of Cincinnati and waitressing at P&T Restaurant in her Finneytown neighborhood, she manages to scout out the best looks in her hard-to-find size.

Describe your style: Trendy, but not over-the-top. I dress very casual almost all the time.

You can be found shopping at: Colors of Benetton and bebe at Kenwood Towne Centre — they have small sizes. On the Internet I go to eLUXURY.com and shopbop.com. They have brands we don't carry much in Cincinnati. And my boyfriend and I go to Indianapolis to Arden B, geared to 20- to 30 year-olds.

Best bargain: My mom is the bargain shopper. I don't find them very often because of my size. I can get into kid's clothes, but they're usually not long enough.

You are never without: I almost always wear a white blouse and heels of some kind because I am so short.

Signature look: So many people wear black. I like to wear a white top, and I wear a lot of designer jeans and sandals with chunky heels.

You can never have enough: Sandals. I'm obsessed with them and have about 30. And purses. I probably have about 50. I bought a Coach recently and it was expensive, so that's all I'm carrying right now.

You wouldn't be caught dead in: Gym shoes and dark socks.

Fashion pet peeve: I don't like navy blue and black together. That's really bad.

Earliest fashion memory: I remember when I was about 8 going to a New Kids on the Block concert with my mom, I had to have a new outfit. It was an orange ruffled skirt with a matching orange blazer. It was cute at the time I guess. I loved that outfit.

Favorite designers: Betsey Johnson, bebe, Arden B. The clothes fit me well and they are different from what you can usually find around here.

If you had big bucks you'd buy: A Christian Dior purse or Versace clothes.

Favorite finishing touch: Jewelry. For my 21st birthday, my mom, dad, step-mom and boyfriend got me a Tiffany necklace — white gold-linked hearts.
