Police investigate death of woman in parked car
OAKLEY The woman whose body was found Saturday in a sport-utility vehicle parked along Brotherton Road has been identified as Lonna Cianciola, 22, of Columbus.
Cincinnati police said her death was being treated as suspicious. On Sunday, homicide detectives examined the green 1998 Eddie Bauer Edition Explorer for evidence.
Police have not said what they think may have been the cause of death. Neighbors in the 3500 block of Brotherton Road, where the body was discovered about 1:15 p.m. Saturday, said the Explorer had been parked there for several days, but nothing was apparent inside the vehicle because of its dark, tinted windows.
Anyone with information about Ms. Cianciola's death is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (513) 352-3040.
