'Rock & Rally' on tap
The U.S. Tennis Association and Greater Cincinnati Tennis Association will play host to the USA Tennis Rock & Rally May 18 at Lunken Playfield.
The music and tennis event will be from 3-6 p.m. There will be on- and off-court activities, including a USA Tennis Skills Challenge, for players of all ages and skill levels. Music by Gary Froelich will be featured.
TMS FAMILY DAY: For the first time, Tennis Masters Series Cincinnati will offer a Family Day. Children 14 and younger will be admitted to the Aug.10 day session, which includes one singles semifinal and one doubles semifinal, for $17, which is half price. The first 500 children through the gate will receive a tennis player bobblehead. To get the discounted price, orders have to be placed by July 15 or before the session sells out, whichever comes first.
