NORFOLK, Va. Michael Leighton made 29 saves for his fourth shutout of the season, leading the Norfolk Admirals to a 1-0 victory over the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks in the AHL Saturday at the Norfolk Scope.
Jim Campbell, a veteran of 283 NHL games, broke a scoreless tie 1:45 into the third period for the Admirals, who overtook Cincinnati for seventh place in the Western Conference standings.
Jason Elliott made 23 saves, but the Ducks fell to 1-2-1-0 through the first four games of a 10-game, 18-day road trip.
