Cavs knock off Spurs in OT

CLEVELAND Andre Miller hit a last-second jumper to force overtime, then scored eight of his career-high 37 points in the extra session Thursday night to rally the Cleveland Cavaliers to a 114-107 win over the San Antonio Spurs.

Miller made four free throws and two short jumpers in the final 2:27 of overtime as the Cavs finally pulled away and won for the seventh time in 10 games.
Miller, who played 50 minutes, forced overtime with a 3-pointer as time expired, tying it at 101 and capping a frenetic final five minutes when the Cavs made up a nine-point deficit.
Tim Duncan scored 35 points to lead the Spurs, who have lost three of four.
Heat 100, Knicks 86
MIAMI With four reserves in the game, Miami sank nine straight shots and scored the first 16 points of the fourth quarter to rally past New York.
Eddie Jones had 32 points for the Heat, who have won 16 of 22 but are still eight games below .500 (24-32) as they try to pull into contention for a playoff berth.
The last-place Knicks lost their sixth in a row. Latrell Sprewell scored 22 points for New York.
Jazz 114, Grizzlies 70
SALT LAKE CITY Donyell Marshall scored 20 points, and Bryon Russell added 13 on 6-of-8 shooting as Utah beat Memphis in its second home game this month.
The Jazz, who lost twice to the Grizzlies this season, played their first home game since Feb. 2 after being displaced for nine games by the Winter Olympics.
Utah, which averaged 35 percent shooting in its two losses to Memphis, shot 58.2 percent this time. Karl Malone (1,330 games) passed Moses Malone for fourth place on the NBA's career games played list.
The 44-point margin was the third-worst in franchise history for the Grizzlies.
Suns 107, Pacers 100, OT
PHOENIX Stephon Marbury scored 26 points, including nine in the final 31.8 seconds of regulation and four in overtime, as Phoenix rallied past Indiana.
Shawn Marion had 21 points and 10 rebounds for the Suns, Tom Gugliotta tied a season high with 18 points and set a season high with 14 rebounds, and reserve Penny Hardaway added 18 points.
Phoenix trailed 92-83 with 1:12 left in the fourth quarter before charging back.
Brad Miller, playing only his third game with Indiana after being traded by Chicago, scored 25 points including 13 in the fourth quarter.
