Ilja Bryzgalov made 31 saves and won his ninth game this season for the Ducks, who stopped a season-worst seven-game winless streak.
The Barons lost for only the second time in their last seven games. Travis Brigley and Yuri Butsayev each had a goal and an assist for the Ducks, who improved to 3-1-0-0 against Cleveland this season. Jason Williams ended a five-game scoreless drought with a pair of assists.
