Cyclones lose fourth straight

Reading stages comeback win

Enquirer news services

READING, Pa. — The Reading Royals overcame a two-goal deficit and sent the Cincinnati Cyclones to their fourth straight loss, 4-2 at Reading, Pa., Tuesday night.

Jason Baird scored in the first period and Jeff Trembecky scored in the second to give the Cyclones (10-14-1) a 2-0 lead. But Francois Drainville and Lorne Toews scored late in the second period to tie the score.

The Royals took the lead on a power-play goal by Toews in the third period, and Dean Stock's empty-net goal in the game's final minute accounted for the final score.

Cincinnati next plays Friday and Saturday at Peoria.
