By Kristina Goetz
The Cincinnati Enquirer
Cincinnati homicide detectives have few leads on a suspect nicknamed Trigger who they say shot and killed a man Wednesday in Over-the-Rhine.
Investigators had a tip that the suspect, 20-year-old Darrell Eugene Coad, of Cincinnati, was seen near the Jacob Price Homes, a housing project in east Covington.

Police have issued a murder warrant for the man, whom they describe as armed and extremely dangerous.
Officers have combed Over-the-Rhine and the West End. Police think Mr. Coad may try to flee the Cincinnati area for New York or North Carolina, so investigators have begun notifying departments there.
Police said Mr. Coad shot Michael E. James Jr. in the street in the 1400 block of Vine at 11:25 a.m.
Mr. James, whose last known address was on Earnshaw Avenue in Mount Auburn, was pronounced dead shortly after arrival at University Hospital. He was 24.
The victim had just been released from prison Wednesday morning, police said.
He and Mr. Coad had been arguing about 10 minutes before the shooting, said homicide unit Sgt. Anthony Carter. No words were exchanged when Mr. Coad came toward the victim and shot him, he said.
Mr. Coad has prior convictions for misdemeanor drug abuse and inducing panic.
Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 352-3040 or the homicide unit at 352-3542.
