TV picks: Things aren't heavenly on 7th Heaven when Mary (Jessica Biel) unexpectedly moves back home instead of getting married (8 p.m., Channel 64).
TV Critic John Kiesewetter also says VH1 airs the Best of Arsenio Hall Jams, performance clips from the 1989-94 talk show, this week (11 p.m.-midnight, 11 p.m.-midnight, VH1).
What's in Video picks
Wish things like this weren't necessary, but in light of recent events, people want it. The Anti-Terror Checklist (ReganBooks, $5.99) lists favorite terrorist tools and proper responses.
