Thomas More hosts playoff game
Undefeated Thomas More College will play host to MacMurray College from Jacksonville, Ill., Nov. 17 in the first round of the NCAA Division III football playoffs.
Kickoff is noon at TMC Stadium.
Thomas More finished the regular season 10-0 and with the program's highest ranking (No.19) in the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) Division III Coaches Poll.
The Saints, whose football program was started in 1992, are the second seed in the North Region. With a first-round win, they could host a second-round game Nov. 24 against the Hardin-Simmons/Wittenberg winner.
