Williams hat trick leads to road win

        CLEVELAND — Jason Williams registered a hat trick to lead the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks past the Cleveland Barons 7-1 Friday night in the AHL. Williams, assigned back to Cincinnati by the Detroit Red Wings, scored a power-play goal in the first period, an unassisted shorthanded goal in the second period and an even-strength goal in the third period for his third pro hat trick.
