FAIRFIELD — The Fairfield Chamber of Commerce will present Business Showcase 2001 Wednesday at Receptions Conference and Convention Center on Boymel Drive.

Sponsor booths will offer an atmosphere to meet and greet business representatives from throughout Fairfield and other parts of Butler County.

“This year's event will feature a "Business Rocks' theme and exhibitors are being encouraged to decorate booths with a 1950s or 1960s look,” said Ginger Shawver, chamber executive director. Exhibitors and attendees also are encouraged to dress in '50 and '60s styles.

“It's a great opportunity to have fun while growing your business,” said Dan Goebel, chairman of the event. “We thought we'd try a rock 'n' roll theme this year. A creative, lively atmosphere adds to networking success.”

A noon luncheon is $15 for chamber members; $18 for non-members. There is no admission cost to the showcase or the Business After Hours event in the evening.

The Business Showcase will be 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. with Business After Hours, 4:30 to 6 p.m. A limited number of booths remain available for purchase. Call 881-5500 for information.
