Carrollton man dies in wreck

The Cincinnati Enquirer

PORT ROYAL, Ky. — A Carrollton man was killed Saturday in a one-vehicle crash on Vance Road, Kentucky State Police said.

Larry W. Raisor, 42, was traveling south on Vance at 9:35 a.m. when he lost control of his vehicle and overcorrected as it left the right side of the road, police said. They said the vehicle then overturned several times.

Mr. Raisor, who was not wearing a seat belt, was partially ejected, according to police. Speeding contributed to the crash, officials said.

Mr. Raisor was pronounced dead at the scene.
