Survey Findings on Racial Attitudes In Cincinnati

Here are questions and results from The Enquirer's poll on racial attitudes in Greater Cincinnati. The survey, conducted by Mason-Dixon Polling & Research Aug. 17-23, interviewed 1,112 randomly selected Greater Cincinnati residents. The poll accurately reflects the region's population by using oversampling techniques and a cross-section of phone exchanges. The margin for error is less than ±4% for the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area*, and less than ±5% for the City of Cincinnati and the African American community.
It has been said that people in Cincinnati tend to spend their free time with people of their own race. The next questions focus on your social life in the past year. For these questions, the word "socialize" means spending free time with another person or family, such as having someone visit your home or going out together. I'm going to read several questions and I would like you to tell me how frequently something occurs. Please answer frequently, occasionally, rarely, or never.
