TV Critic John Kiesewetter also says The Will to Read: Estel Sizemore's Story, a film about a Price Hill man who overcame illiteracy and dyslexia, airs during Kentucky's statewide Governor's Literacy Summit. 10 p.m., Channel 54.

Lots of Thomas Jefferson stuff here. Genetic evidence shows Jefferson fathered at least one of the children born to Sally Hemings.
