Gardens tour Tuesday
The Civic Garden Center of Greater Cincinnati marks the 20th anniversary of its community gardening program with the annual Neighborhood Gardens Tour on Tuesday.
Although it's too late to register for the bus tour which will take people to the Mount Auburn Community Garden, the Eco-Garden and the Over-the-Rhine People's Garden directions will be available for those who wish to drive themselves.
Activities, including refreshments, African drumming and presentations, begin at 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Civic Garden Center, 2715 Reading Road, a block north of William Howard Taft Road.
For information about the tour or the Neighborhood Gardens program, call 221-0981.
