Frank Aires: USOC Games Logistics Manager. Named USOC Director of Contracting and
Purchasing in 1981; managed communications and equipment requirements for all National/Olympic Sports Festivals and Olympic, Paralympic and Pan American Games. Former intelligence systems consultant supporting the North American Aerospace Command following 28 years of service with the U.S. Air Force in various flying, operations and intelligence positions.
Tony Basile: USOC Managing Director & Chief Information Officer, and Bid City Program Manager. Joined the USOC in April 2000, with more than 17 years of management experience. Graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he was a Master Instructor following duty as a Submarine Officer.
Keith Ferguson: USOC Bid Administration Associate Director. Joined the USOC in 1989;
previously Assistant Director, U.S. Olympic Festivals; Assistant Director, National Events (including the Olympic Congress); and Associate Director, Sport Development.
Greg Harney: USOC Managing Director, Games and Organizational Support, and Site
Evaluation Manager. Since joining the USOC in 1987, has organized and
directed services for all U.S. delegations to the Olympic, Paralympic, Pan American and World University Games. Director of Operations 1986 U.S. Olympic Festival (Houston); Managing Editor, Official Report of the Games of the XXIIIrd Olympiad; Manager, Venue Press Operations, Los Angeles Olympic Organizing Committee.
Charles H. Moore:
Olympic gold medalist (1952, Helsinki, 400m hurdles/Olympic record 50.8;
also silver medal 4x400m relays) and a second generation Olympian (his
father, Charles, was a member of the 1924 U.S. Olympic Team at Paris).
Currently Executive Director of the Committee to Encourage Corporate
Philanthropy. Actively served in the fields of education, international
business and finance, athletics and the promotion of the arts. Public
sector member of the United States Olympic Committee Board of Directors and
Chairman of the Audit Committee (1992-2000). Resides in Washington, DC.
