Ludlow held off Bellevue's seventh-inning rally to score a 7-6 win and improve to 10-5 on the year. The victory total is the most for Ludlow since 1995.

        After Bellevue scored three runs, John Hartman got the final two outs to record the save. Josh Waters pitched 6 1/3 innings to improve to 3-0 on the season.

        • Dayton 16, Beechwood 0 — Strong defense behind pitcher Jessica Cope allowed the Greendevils to post their second shutout of the season. Angela Kennedy went 3-for-4 in the game with two triples and three RBI.

        • Lloyd 10, Holy Cross 9 — Karen Wear had an RBI single to score Jessica Rouse in the top of the seventh inning and win the game. Erica Owens had a grand slam in the fourth inning for Lloyd.
