Stuff, Cyclones, Ducks disrupted by curfew

Cincinnati's 8 p.m.-to-6 a.m. curfew forced the Cincinnati Stuff of the International Basketball League to postpone their game Thursday night at Firstar Center against the St.Louis Swarm.

It was to have been Community Appreciation Night.

The game will be made up later, and the appreciation-night activities also will be rescheduled. Tickets for Thursday's game will be honored at the make-up game.

The Stuff also moved their 7:30p.m. Saturday game to 5 p.m. at Firstar Center.

The Cincinnati Mighty Ducks moved their 7:35p.m. game today from Cincinnati Gardens to Norfolk, Va., against the Norfolk Admirals. It is Game 2 of the Calder Cup playoff series. The time of the game remains the same. Fans here holding Game 2 tickets are asked to hold onto them until information regarding future playoff games is available. Games 3 and 4 were to be played in Norfolk, anyway.

The Cincinnati Cyclones moved their 7:30 p.m. game today at Firstar Center to 5p.m. It is Fan Appreciation Night. There will be prizes for fans but — because of the curfew — no postgame skate.
