N.Ky. boys basketball games


St. Henry tops Boone County

The Cincinnati Enquirer

        St. Henry took a 10-point lead early in the fourth quarter and held off a late Boone County rally to earn a 55-52 victory in the 33rd District at St. Henry Monday night.

        Boone County had a chance to tie the game but Matt Fabiani blocked a 3-point attempt and Nick Love grabbed the rebound as time expired.

        St. Henry will meet Conner in the semifinals Wednesday at St. Henry.

        • Ryle 77, Heritage Academy 44, 33rd District at St. Henry — Justin Doellman scored 13 points and Nick Feagan added nine in an opening 26-6 run for Ryle.

        Doellman finished with 17 points and Feagan added 13.

        Ryle will play Simon Kenton at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in the second round.
