NKU eyes conference titles

        The Northern Kentucky University women's basketball team will attempt to win its third consecutive Great Lakes Valley Conference Tournament championship beginning Wednesday.

        The Norse play Quincy University at 9:30 p.m. at Roberts Stadium in Evansville, Ind.

        NKU is 23-3 and the No.2 seed; Quincy (12-14) is the No.7 seed.

        NKU is ranked No.8 in the Division II poll.

        The NKU men are the No.3 seed and will face sixth-seeded Missouri-St. Louis at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the first round.

        The Norse are ranked No.15 in the Division II poll.
