Mariemont upsets Reading

Phil Landes scored 13 points in the fourth quarter, including six consecutive free throws during the final minute, giving Mariemont, ranked ninth in the Enquirer's Divisions II-IV poll, a 56-48 upset victory over No.6 Reading.
The setback dropped Reading into second place, one game behind Madeira, in the Cincinnati Hills League. Each team has three league games remaining.Neither team managed more than a five-point lead until Landes took over during the final quarter.
He led all scorers with 20 points.
Reading's Kenny Brady came through with 18 points and 11 rebounds.

Wyoming took the lead with seven seconds remaining on Jeff Davis' field goal. Following a Taylor timeout to set up the last play, Hoffmann took the pass from Patrick Montague and fired the winner.
