Cintech settles on Blue Ash site

Cintech Solutions, a software firm that helps businesses manage voice, e-mail and Internet messages, plans to expand at a Blue Ash medical office building.

The Norwood company has tentatively agreed to terms on a 10-year lease at a building that Al Neyer Inc. recently acquired from Christ Hospital.

The building is 12,200 square feet, but is expected to be expanded to about 40,000 square feet. Final details are contingent on several factors, including whether Cintech receives financial incentives for the expansion from the state. The company, which employs 80 in Norwood, needs the extra space to keep up with the increasing demand for its NetVia product.

Cintech considered several sites before settling on Blue Ash, including Norwood's Rookwood Tower, Hines' Blue Ash tower and sites in Butler County.
