N.Ky. girls basketball games




        Katie Schwegmann scored 27 points to lead Bishop Brossart over Bourbon County 73-53.

        Schwegmann also dished out six assists. Carrie Clift added 13 points and 13 rebounds for Bishop Brossart.

        Heather White led Bourbon County with 15 points.

        • Villa Madonna 55, Louisville Collegiate 26 — Molly Halpin scored eight points and Lee Humphrey scored six points in the first quarter as The Blue Lightning jumped out to a 18-5 lead.

        Halpin finished with 17 points and 12 rebounds.

        • School for the Creative and Performing Arts 80, Silver Grove 63 — Kate Spickard scored a season-high 30 points, and SCPA set a school record for points in a game.

        Kasey Hill added a season-high 20 points, and she also had five steals and five assists for the Raiders.

        Lindsey Riley led the Lady Trains with 21 points.
